We have estimated the population by household and mapped it. Unlike traditional political or mesh unit statistics, this data allows for population aggregation at a much finer granularity, eliminating the need for area or building apportionment. As a result, significant improvements in aggregation accuracy are expected. Additionally, this data enables cross-tabulation of household attributes such as gender, age, family type, and number of household members, allowing for demographics such as the proportion of 'single' × 'elderly' among the total population (or households). This data is also used as explanatory variables in predictive models for sales and conversion rates.

  • By purchasing this data, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of use.
  • For data updates, the price will be 80% of the standard price.
  • The price for a free license within the same company is twice the sales price.
  • The price for a free license within group companies is calculated as "sales price * number of companies using the data." However, for the third and subsequent companies, a discount of one-eighth of the sales price will be applied. This plan is applicable when three or more companies purchase the data.
  • For pricing related to the use of data in ASP services, please contact us separately. This does not apply if the number of ASP users (IDs) is less than five.
  • Regarding delivery methods, we offer "Download via the internet" and "DVD format (by mail)." For the latter, a handling fee of 2,160 yen (including tax) will be charged. However, for purchases of 100,000 yen or more, this fee will be waived.
  • Due to the nature of the usage data and estimation methods, there may be cases where the data is distributed to buildings other than residences, or where there is no data for buildings that are residences.
